While navigating with his girlfriend Alexis and his partners and friends Chris and Tom and his girlfriend Anna to a close a Broadband Internet access business in Asia in the motor pleasure yacht of Joe, they rescue a wounded drowned man in shock. During the night, the stranger overrides the automatic pilot and steers the vessel to change the direction; however he accidentally wrecks on a rock and the vessel sinks. The castaways reach a beach in an island and they try to contact the coast-guard through the radio. However, during the night, the body of the stranger vanishes from the grave and then Tom also disappears. The group decides to seek-out Tom and sooner they find that the wild jungle has hostile inhabitants that hunt in pack and the survivors are the prey.

When an entire town in upstate New York is closed down by an unexpected snowfall, a "snow day" begins when a group of elementary school kids, led by Natalie Brandston, try to ensure that the schools stay closed by stopping a mechanical snowplow driver by trying to hijack his plow truck. During World War II, the government was trying to develop a way to render their naval vessels undetectable to radar. When the scientists in charge of it think they have done it, they try it out on one of the ships in the Philadelphia harbor. When they turn it on, the ship disappears. Two of the ship's sailors find themselves in 1984. While they try to find out what's going on. The scientist who developed the technology in 1943, is now involved with a project that somehow brought the two sailors to 1984. And it seems that a black hole has emerged and he thinks the sailors can help. So he tries to get them.

The director Alan Yates and his crew, formed by Faye Daniels, Jack Anders and Mark Tomaso, head to a rain forest in Amazonas called Green Inferno to shoot a documentary about the primitive tribes of cannibals that live in the area. They vanish and the American anthropologist Professor Harold Monroe travels to the area with the experienced guide Chaco Losojos and his assistant Miguel to seek the team out. The trio is received first by the Yacumo tribe of warriors and then they approach to the wild Yamamomo that is in a permanent war against the Shamatari. They find the remains of the documentary team and their reels, and they successfully negotiate with the savages. Back in New York, Professor Monroe watches the disturbing footage and discovers the fate of the team.

English nobleman Phileas Fogg, a very strict and emotionless man, gets wound up in a bet at his gentlemen's club: He has to prove that it is possible to travel around the whole world in only 80 days. Together with his new butler Passepartout, who expected a different first day at work, he takes off instantly to Paris, where they miss the train to Marseilles. But a travel agent called Thomas Cook offers them his captive balloon, which carries them to Spain instead. Passepartout's skills are necessary in a bullfight in order to get them a ship that should take them back onto their planned route. An ominous Mr. Fix starts crossing their path more and more often, he somehow seems to try to hinder their forthcoming. In the deep jungles of India, the butler's skills are again needed in a case of rescuing beautiful Princess Aouda, who is to be burnt alive at the side of her dead husband. In Hongkong, Passepartout meets drugs in a involuntarily manner and in the United States, the wild, wild west takes its toll. All the time, Mr. Fogg has his usual timetable and meal schedule running at normal pace, so that all the waves have to be broken by Passepartout. And he won't get paid much, because he left the gas running, back in London. When the journey comes to a dramatic returning to England, Mr. Fogg has to cope with the facts that he seems to have lost the bet by some hours, but gained something he never seemed to have: emotion.
