Together, they journey to Bhutan where the three children must undergo a test to prove which is the true reincarnation. Interspersed with this, is the story of Siddharta, later known as the Buddha. It traces his spiritual journey from ignorance to true enlightenment.

War begets revenge. Victorious general, Titus Andronicus, returns to Rome with hostages: Tamora queen of the Goths and her sons. He orders the eldest hewn to appease the Roman dead. He declines the proffered emperor's crown, nominating Saturninus, the last ruler's venal elder son. Saturninus, to spite his brother Bassianus, demands the hand of Lavinia, Titus's daughter. When Bassianus, Lavinia, and Titus's sons flee in protest, Titus stands against them and slays one of his own. Saturninus marries the honey-tongued Tamora, who vows vengeance against Titus. The ensuing maelstrom serves up tongues, hands, rape, adultery, racism, and Goth-meat pie. There's irony in which two sons survive.

Homer's classic epic poem about the travels of Ulisses after his conquest of Troy is brought to the small screen. However, the gods seize the opportunity to make Odysseus and his crew a domino in their games forcing him to take detours that add years to his trip and throw him into conflict with Circe, the Cyclops, Poseidon, and ultimately to Hades itself. Meanwhile, Odysseus' wife, Penelope, is forced to hold off suitors trying to claim his property in the thought that Odysseus has died. Nonetheless, Odysseus keeps trying to find his way back with the aid of Athena.

After serving together in the French Foreign Legion, a mercenary and a doctor leave the service and go their separate ways. Later, they are reunited by a coincidence. When he hides in an office building to accomplish his task, he is followed by the mercenary, who is out to steal the contents of the safe. Locked inside the building together, they reluctantly agree to cooperate in cracking the safe. However, surprises await them both and in the end, they both must rely on 'the honor among thieves' to straighten everything out.

Charles Bosquier, a role apparently written for French comedy superstar Louis de Funès, is the dictatorial headmaster of a French strict boarding school. Philippe planned to save his sailing plans with friends by sending fat nerd Stephane Michonnet to England using his name, which comes out when Michonnet gets indigestion. Meanwhile Charles expects his spoiled favorite son, Gérard, who tells daddy about all the other schoolboys for money, to chaperon Shirley, the daughter of his English counterpart MacFarrell, but the girl gets all French boys horny, so even his perfect record is soon gravely soiled as dad spies on them, and he and Shirley join Philippe and his friend. Now the headmaster chases the kids' yacht -incognito, to avoid a scandal- all the way to England where his colleague soon joins him, and further...
